تظاهرات العراق في صور

تجددت صباح اليوم، الأحد، الاحتجاجات في العراق للمطالبة بمحاسبة الفاسدين وقتلة المتظاهرين ونزع سلاح الميليشيات الموالية لإيران، وتأتي هذه الاحتجاجات استكمالاً للاحتجاجات التي انطلقت في الأول من أكتوبر عام 2019.

رغم مرور أكثر من عام على انطلاق تظاهرات العراق، وسقوط أكثر من 500 قتيل، إلا أن المحتجين العراقيين لم يملوا، وعادوا من جديد وخرجوا باحتجاجات كبيرة في العاصمة بغداد ومدن الوسط والجنوب، وجددوا مطالبهم التي رفعت في أوقات سابقة وأضافوا لها محاسبة قتلة المتظاهرين وإنهاء نفوذ الميليشيات الموالية لإيران.

ورغم أن رئيس الحكومة العراقية مصطفى الكاظمي حاول تهدئة الشارع بخطاب وجهه للعراقيين الليلة الماضية، إلا أن ذلك لم يمنع المحتجين من التهديد بالتصعيد واتخاذ خطوات “صارمة” تجاه حكومته.

متظاهرون عراقيون يلوحون بالأعلام الوطنية ويحملون صور المتظاهرين الذين قتلوا في الذكرى الأولى للحراك

ورفع المحتجون في بغداد والمحافظات الأخرى شعارات تندد بالفساد وانفلات السلاح وعدم قدرة الحكومات على محاسبة قتلة المتظاهرين، كما أنهم هددوا بالاعتصام من جديد في الساحات.

متظاهر عراقي ينقل مصابا وسط اشتباكات مع القوات الأمنية إثر مظاهرة على جسر الجمهورية في العاصمة بغداد / أ ف ب

وشهدت العاصمة بغداد صِدامات بين المحتجين والقوات الأمنية في منطقة العلاوي وعلى جسر الجمهورية الذي شهد حالات اختناق وإصابات في صفوف المتظاهرين، وحاولت السلطات العراقية أن تُحمل المحتجين مسؤولية أعمال العُنف وطالبتهم بإخراج “غير السلميين” من بينهم.
